What are Scalar Waves and how do they work?

Based on the combined work, historical discoveries and applications of great men such as Nikola Tesla, scalar waves (sometimes referred to as Tesla waves) are a type of energy generated between two coils that create a longitudinal wave, very different from the electromagnetic waves we are familiar with such as light and radio waves.
