The practice of Yoga can be beneficial to every body regardless of physical limitations, injury, size, shape, ability or flexibility. A personalised yoga session will enable us to work together to create a practice that will focus on your specific needs and objectives. Using a somatic approach to yoga asana, where we use the yoga poses to connect with our own body rather than using our body to find a particular shape, the practice can be adapted to suit your personal needs building strength, flexibility, resillience, confidence and ultimately a deep connection between your mind, body and heart.
