This is a monthly, 45 minute LIVE zoom class where I invite you to come as you are!
We will find connection to our breath, connection with our physical body, feeling into some simple movements with a gentle care and attention to help reset your nervous system and restore a sense of calm, giving you a greater sense of freedom and expansion.
This practice is accessible to every body regardless of physical limitations. If you are not comfortable standing, sitting or lying on the floor you can sit on a chair (choose a chair without arms and be sure that your feet can rest comfortably on the ground)
